POSITION DESCRIPTION:TheHuman Resources Business Partneris responsible formanaging various aspects of human resources withinDrinkPAK. They provide support and guidance to employees and managementonHR policies, procedures, and practices. Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, handles employee relations issues, administers employee benefits,assistsin training and development initiatives and theintegrityof Workday.

LOCATION: The position is based on-site at DrinkPAK's facility in Santa Clarita, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions.

  • Investigate and address employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent treatment. Independently manage employee relations issues from investigations, corrective actions, PIP’s, etc.in accordance withDrinkPAK’sprocesses.

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

  • Assistin the development and delivery of training sessions on topics such as incident reporting, time & attendance, leadership, and compliance.

  • Facilitate career development initiatives and succession planning processes.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

  • Participate in the design,implementationand monitoring of programs to developthe humanresourcesfunction. Provide site wide policy roll out and refresher training, as needed.

  • Assistwith the optimization of Workday.

  • Maintainaccurateemployee records, including personal information, employment agreements, and performance evaluations.

  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.

  • Partners with leaders on development and training needs for departments.

  • Maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization.

  • Accomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as needed in partnership with HRD.

  • Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and allDrinkPAK’spolicies and procedures.

  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

  • Occasionally this role may require working nights and weekends as needed to support the business.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successfuljob performance.

  • Minimum of2-4years of experience inHumanResourcespreferablyas a Generalist or Business Partnerin a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with Workday.Back-endconfiguration of Workday huge plus.

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)preferred butnot.

  • Continuous improvement and solutions driven mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, andstrongability to multi-task.Strong ability injuggling multiple priorities in a start-up environment.

  • Strong attention to detailand focus on thoroughdocumentation.

  • Experience with human resources processes such as goal setting,performance reviews,talent, succession planning,open enrollment,etc.

  • Knowledge and experience in developing and administering human resource processes and programs. Strong understanding of compliance with government laws/regulations.

  • Basicworkingknowledge of payroll processing and time & attendance regulations

  • Willingness to take on any taskin order tosupport the needs and growth of the company. No task is too big or small.

  • Must be willing to travel to otherDrinkPAKlocationswithin Los Angeles &Ventura countyto provide onsite support and HR office hours.
