Job Title: PDC HRBP
Location: Riverside, CA (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Temporary (Approx. 3 months -- covering LOA)
Pay: $30-$40/hr. DOE
Schedule: Hours need to overlap for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced distribution and operations environment. This role partners closely with leaders and employees across multiple shifts to drive employee relations, safety, compliance, recruiting support, and workforce engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Support safety initiatives, compliance programs, and workers' compensation administration.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding efforts.
- Deliver HR training and provide day-to-day support to leaders and employees.
- Support multiple sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes.
