What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>

  • Advise and partner with leaders<\/b> to align people strategy with business goals, supporting performance, engagement, and retention.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coach and support employees<\/b> while fostering a positive, high -performing workplace culture.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage employee relations<\/b>, including investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with policies and legal standards.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead key HR processes<\/b> such as hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Drive process improvements<\/b> and ensure HR policy consistency to support scalability and a strong employee experience.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 5+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience in tech or fast -paced environments
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven ability to coach managers and support employee relations effectively
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Track record of driving HR initiatives that improve engagement and performance
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization<\/span>
