Contributes to the strategic planning process discussions and workforce planning.Change LeadershipLead facilitate and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives serving as a trusted advisor to executives and managers to ensure smooth transitions and sustained change and culture shifts. Coaches leaders on team effectiveness communication and talent development.
