Job Description

Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.

Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Facilitate performance management processes and support leaders in driving employee development.

Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvement.

Partner with legal recruitment team to address staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.

Ensure compliance with local employment laws and best practices in HR management.

Act as a trusted advisor to associates and leaders on HR-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Business Partner should have:

Minimum 5 years HR experience within the professional services industry (required).

Bachelors degree (required).

Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
