Contract Remote Role | Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Duration: 2-3 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $60 -64.75/hour on w2 (All Inclusive)


Note: Region- Chicago IL - but worker can be anywhere in the US. Management, for the most part, is on West coast hours. Easter coast candidates may need to work later, maybe 10-7, ect to cover the needs of the business

y to day:
  • Provides human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit. Uses knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to line managers.
  • Consults with business unit management in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business needs.
  • Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
Must haves:
  • Solid HR practitioner exp working with wide variety of leaders.
  • Need a solid- knowledge transfer/documentation, a good problem solver, working with front line manager/senior mangers, exp with performance management, employee relations. Talent reviews would be helpful. Need a “do-er”, tactical HR role.
Preferences:
  • WorkDay, Google Suite, SLACK
