Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and act as a trusted advisor. Additionally, you will oversee the high-volume staffing and recruiting function for a dynamic plant and manufacturing environment, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the company's workforce needs. This is a key position that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive HR initiatives.The pay range for this position is expected to be $135,000-$150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Job Description:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and consultant to both employees and management in the organization. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and communicating these needs proactively with the HR department and business management. This role will be supporting plant & manufacturing employees in a plant setting.
