The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity to join our dynamic HR Business Partnering team supporting our Monash International, Research and Enterprise portfolio, where you will collaborate in a portfolio-based approach to deliver comprehensive HR services and advice, both operationally and strategically.
In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across all Monash Universities campuses, offering expert advice and tailored client solutions, driving the implementation of people strategies, and initiatives, and championing Monash University's goals and values. As a strategic advisor, you will lead change initiatives and workforce planning, ensuring successful delivery and uptake in your client portfolios.
Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders in your client group, as well as proactive and collaborative relationships with central HR leaders and colleagues, are essential expectations of your role. This dynamic, fast-paced role offers an opportunity to make a real impact on Monash University's success and growth.
