We'll lean on you to leverage your attention to detail and multitasking skills to produce daily and weekly scheduling, process and manage timecards, metric reporting and more! Job Responsibilities: • Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate tracking to ensure completion of job-specific training • Hands-on partnership with Production Supervisor to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, issue attendance disciplines, and research grievances and complaints • Contribute to efficient operations and maintain labor relations by checking in employees, accurately scheduling employees according to the plant's collective bargaining agreement • Report on HR metrics as needed • Maintains and processes a variety of confidential records, including personnel files, employment data, etc. • Support plant projects and events as needed**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
