    We are seeking a highly organized Human Resources Assistant Intermediate (Learning Support Advisor II) to support Learning & Development programs that drive employee growth, capability building, and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as a key resource in the planning, coordination, scheduling, and delivery of training initiatives across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate Learning & Development resources and training activities.
    • Schedule learning events and manage training logistics.
    • Support instructors, facilitators, and learners throughout training programs.
    • Oversee learning spaces and classroom configurations.
    • Administer and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Build course offerings and maintain course setup requirements within the LMS.
    • Manage training communications, reporting, metrics, tracking, and compliance activities.
    • Coordinate learning delivery with facilitators, performance consultants, content managers, and business partners.  
    • Troubleshoot Level 1 classroom and training-related issues and escalate when necessary.
    Required Qualifications
    • 2+ years of Learning & Development experience, including administrative, analytical, and/or resource coordination responsibilities.
    • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including strong Excel experience.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Preferred Experience
    • Learning event scheduling and coordination.
    • Resource and facilitator scheduling.
    • Learning space and classroom management.
    • Training operations and program administration.
    • Learning analytics, reporting, and compliance tracking.
