    Turabify Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department's daily operations. In this role, you will assist with recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.     Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Support benefits administration and assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
    • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination letters.
    • Coordinate employee orientation and training sessions.
    • Assist with HR compliance and record keeping.
    • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
    Requirements
    • Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
