    POSITION
    Dispute Resolution Assistant

    Position Type:
    Temporary/Temp-Hire
    Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    Assignment Length: Approximately 3-Months with the potential for long-term employment

    Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Dispute Resolution Assistant to join their growing team.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Review, extract, and summarize information from medical reports and claims data
    • Draft plans of action and prepare status reports for claims adjusters and litigation team review
    • Communicate with medical providers to obtain billing records, medical reports, and demand documentation
    • Gather, organize, and maintain documentation received from clients, medical providers, and court systems
    • Scan, upload, and accurately file incoming mail and documents into internal systems
    • Maintain professional communication with clients, medical providers, and service partners
    • Assist with preparing files and supporting documentation for litigation proceedings
    • Perform other other administrative and case support duties as assigned
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor's degree preferred; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Strong writing, grammar, and documentation skills are essential
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
    • Familiarity with California labor laws is preferred
    • Experience in workers' compensation is a plus but not required
    • IEA Certificate or Certificate of Self-Insurance is preferred but not required

    Additional Information:

    • This position requires an onsite writing skills assessment as part of the hiring process
