    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors degree. A minimum of five years of professional human resources experience to include talent acquisition, employee development, strategic initiatives and/or project management, to include supervisory experience is required.

    HR Business Solutions provides executive-level operational and strategic support to the HR Business Solutions Division Director in the administration, oversight, and continuous improvement of the Countys Human Capital Management (HCM) operations and systems. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing critical HR and payroll operations across the Countys HCM environment. The position works closely with the Clerk of Courts Payroll Division Director to ensure the accurate, timely, compliant, and efficient processing of payroll and HR transactions while supporting the strategic alignment of business processes, technology solutions, and County human capital objectives. The Assistant Division Director provides leadership in operational HR management, HCM system analysis, business process improvement, data integrity, reporting, compliance, and staff development. The position serves as a key liaison between HR business operations, information technology, finance, departmental stakeholders, and other County partners to identify operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
