Description
The Human Resource Assistant role must have strong customer service focus; handle phone calls, emails and in-person encounters with high degree of professionalism. Must have excellent PC skills - MS Office Suite. Skills with data entry and reporting in Meditech strongly preferred. Must work well as a part of team, multi-task and assist others when needed. All workinformation is confidential. Ability to respond to questions from employees, applicants, and vendors in a professional manner. Familiarity with applicant tracking software and on-line job posting boards. Posts job requisitions on Applicant tracking system. Manages the pre-hire CORI process. Assists with new employee orientation processes. Verify personnel applicant and new hirelicenses at primary source.Oversee the onboarding process with new hire documents and readiness to hire.Fulltime role 7:30AM-4:30PM
