Haulotte U.S. is looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting but wants exposure beyond traditional talent acquisition. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle while supporting key HR operations, including onboarding, immigration coordination, employee documentation, company travel, and fleet administration.
You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, employees, vendors, and the HR team, making this a highly visible role with the opportunity to make an impact across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from developing job descriptions and sourcing candidates through screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process and create a positive candidate experience.
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, candidate records, recruiting logs, and open requisitions.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely collection of interview feedback.
- Prepare and analyze recruiting metrics and monthly reports to help evaluate hiring activity and outcomes.
- Coordinate new-hire orientation and pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, Form I-9, and E-Verify.
- Coordinate immigration processes and documentation, including visa-related paperwork and applications.
- Maintain accurate employee information across HR and company systems.
- Support employee records, HR documentation, recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special HR projects.
- Administer the company's North American travel management platform, including employee travel profiles, permissions, booking support, and travel-related issues.
- Support company fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, fuel cards, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies related to travel and fleet usage.
What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and compliance requirements
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
