Human Resources Administrator

Pay: $23 - $27/HR

HR Administrators keep employee records accurate and onboarding seamless, directly supporting our HR team and every new hire's first experience.

What You'll Do

• Process onboarding, status changes, and terminations
• Maintain personnel files and prepare employment forms, including I-9 and onboarding documentation
• Support benefits enrollment documentation and track training/license/certification requirements
• Support HR reporting and audit preparation
• Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate HR calendars

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of administrative/HR support experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay & Schedule

• Monday - Friday, standard business hours
