Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resources Admin in Manassas, VA.
Summary:
The Human Resources Administrator supports daily HR operations, maintains employee records, assists with onboarding and recruiting activities, and serves as a resource for employee inquiries. This role helps ensure efficient HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
- Coordinate interviews and support recruiting efforts
- Update and maintain HRIS and personnel data
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
- Prepare reports and support HR projects as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of HR or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
