HR Administrator

Target Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Key Responsibilities for the HR Administrator:
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records
• Support benefits administration and HR compliance initiatives
• Assist with payroll processing and employee inquiries
• Coordinate recruiting activities, interviews, and new hire paperwork
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure accurate record keeping
Qualifications for the HR Administrator:
• 2+ years of Human Resources or HR Administration experience
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
