Schedule/Hours: Seasonal Position - 36.25 hours per week - Monday through Friday

Pay: $20.55

Duration: Position is for about 8 weeks

This position is responsible for:

Performs a variety of human resources administrative work supporting Human Resources processes, including maintaining files, photocopying, and scanning records; filing documents, including correspondence, forms, lists, logs, etc., necessary for efficient operations of the department; answering the telephone and providing general information regarding the department operations and/or services; and conducting background checks specific to calling references; and supporting the director as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accurate data is entered in the human resources information system (Paycom) and makes

appropriate adjustments as required regarding employment data.

  • Review, submit, and process all employee information submitted in TSAMM to ensure appropriate

documents and accurate data; notify the Human Resources Representative of any conflicts or inaccuracies

and report them to the manager.

  • Assist with processing Kettle worker new hire procedure in TSAMM.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to meet attendance requirements.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.

Work requires the ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull light (less than 25 lbs.) materials, supplies, and

equipment. Light mobility: duties are usually performed by a combination of standing, walking, and primarily

sitting.

Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated

with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is required, supplemented by additional training and educational background

in office administration AND

  • Three years of related experience, preferably in a Human Resources office OR
  • Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
