Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position
Reporting to the Talent Solutions Specialist, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant plays a vital role within our Talent Solutions team, focusing on onboarding & helpdesk support, personnel and electronic file management, customer service, short-term project support, and general administrative duties. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, communicative environment, values continuous improvement, and brings a positive, solutions-focused approach to supporting a university community with different backgrounds.
