Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.
Five to Seven or more years of progressive human resources experience.
Experience managing payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and administrative operations.
Multi-state employment law experience preferred.
· PHR or SHRM Certification preferred.
Experience supporting executive leadership and organizational growth initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong business acumen and organizational leadership capabilities.

The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all human resources functions of the organization. This position serves as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring the effective management of talent, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, workplace culture, and business operations. The role is responsible for developing and implementing people-focused strategies that support organizational growth while maintaining efficient administrative processes and a positive employee experience.
