About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in a very large, high-volume environment. This role will have a strong focus on intensive investigations and employee relations, while also managing a team of 3-4 recruiters, overseeing and attending hiring events, and handling full-cycle HR, including FMLA, ADA, leaves of absence (LOA), and a wide range of compliance issues. As the primary HR leader on site, you will manage high-volume employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, coaching and team development, performance management, and high-volume hiring and talent acquisition, as well as licensing and regulatory compliance. In this pivotal role, you will directly shape the employee experience, foster a positive and high-performing culture, and ensure that all HR practices reflect our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. You will partner closely with local leadership and employees at all levels to provide practical, day-to-day HR support while driving continuous improvement in our people's processes. This position is based out of our Atlanta, GA office.

What You''ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters in a very large, high-volume environment, including performance issues, policy violations, and workplace disputes.
• Conduct thorough, impartial, and legally compliant workplace investigations, delivering clear findings and action-oriented recommendations.
• Proactively address employee concerns through coaching, counseling, and problem solving to reduce risk, improve engagement, and support a positive culture.
• Mediate conflicts at all organizational levels, ensuring fair, timely resolutions aligned with company policies, employment laws, and our values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
• Manage and develop a team of 3-4 recruiters, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective, high volume talent acquisition.
• Lead full cycle recruitment and onboarding, including attending and overseeing hiring events, to deliver consistent, compliant, and positive new hire experience.
• Oversee FMLA, ADA, and other leave of absence (LOA) processes, ensuring accurate administration, documentation, and communication in line with legal and company requirements.
• Oversee licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements, ensuring employees meet all regulatory, training, and certification standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation that support business objectives, effective risk management, and a high performing work environment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to local leadership on employee relations, risk mitigation, and HR best practices, while upholding the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.

What You''ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 4-5 years of full‑cycle HR experience in a high‑volume environment, with a strong focus on hourly employee relations.
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or equivalent).
• Solid working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience planning, conducting, and thoroughly documenting workplace investigations.
• Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex situations at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear, concise report writing and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and influence managers on performance management and employee relations issues.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
