Human Resource Generalist Sr.

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
· Advise employees and managers on HR policies, workplace concerns, performance, attendance, and corrective action.
· Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, staffing, and workforce planning.
· Coach leaders and support employee engagement and organized initiatives.
· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance and employment laws.
· Champion colleague relations “fun activities” (ex. Plant Picnic, Christmas Party) and community service activities (ex. Blood Drive, United Way, etc.).
· Coordinate performance reviews, training, development, benefits, and leave support.
This full-time role is a part of our Human Resource team and reports to the Human Resource Manager.
Required experience:
· Bachelor’s degree, prefer in Human Resources or Business. Master’s degree preferred.
· Six or more years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
· Knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, safety, benefits administration and payroll.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
· SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
