Human Resource Generalist Randolph, MA | Full-TimeSupport a Fair, Respectful, and Compliant Workplace May Institute is looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist - Employee Relations to join our HR team. In this role, you'll lead investigations and make recommendations to guide managers and employees through workplace concerns. This is a key position for someone who values integrity, confidentiality, and meaningful impact.What You'll Do

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or commensurate experience3-5 years' experience in employee relations or workplace investigationsStrong knowledge of employment laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.)Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility and willingness to travel occasionally to other May Institute sites as business needs requireAbility to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
