As we continue to grow, we're seeking an HR, Payroll & Benefits Administrator to play a key role in supporting employees across multiple locations. This position offers broad exposure to payroll, benefits, HR administration, compliance, onboarding, and employee support while serving as a trusted resource throughout the organization.

Job Details

This is a highly visible role responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, HR operations, employee support, and compliance activities. You'll be a trusted resource for employees and managers while helping ensure an exceptional employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

Payroll Administration
Process accurate and compliant bi-weekly payroll for 150+ employees utilizing ADP Workforce Now
Manage payroll changes including compensation adjustments, deductions, benefits, and 401(k) contributions
Review payroll data, timecards, and reporting to ensure accuracy prior to processing
Partner with managers to resolve payroll and timekeeping discrepancies
Prepare payroll reporting for accounting and leadership teams
Maintain payroll records, documentation, and compliance requirements
Work directly with ADP to research and resolve payroll-related issues

Benefits Administration

Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, COBRA, and retirement plans
Serve as the primary employee resource for benefit questions and support
Coordinate annual open enrollment activities from setup through completion
Manage employee enrollments, status changes, and qualifying life events
Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and resolve carrier discrepancies
Administer leave programs including FMLA, disability, and other leave-of-absence requests
Support and promote the company's employee wellness initiatives
Human Resources Operations
Coordinate onboarding and new hire processes to create a positive employee experience
Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity within ADP
Assist with recruiting activities, job postings, and applicant tracking
Process I-9 verification and employment compliance requirements
Coordinate employee recognition and service anniversary programs
Support HR compliance initiatives including EEO-1 reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures
Help organize employee appreciation events and company celebrations throughout the year

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and human resources
Experience processing payroll for 150+ employees
Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
Knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance
Understanding of federal and state employment laws
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and employee communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or multi-site environment experience ideal
