Job Overview

As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient manufacturing operation. This position involves providing essential employment support for Hourly Bargaining Unit employees, enhancing their overall experience. You'll be responsible for administering employment office functions, managing employee inquiries, and supporting workforce analysis and deployment. Additionally, you will implement onboarding sessions, support lean manufacturing methodologies, and drive positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends

Preferences

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in employment/labor relations/manufacturing
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and Union officials
• Manufacturing experience is highly desirable
