Position Summary: Umbra Cuscinetti, Inc is an Everett Washington company specializing in engineered and manufactured motion control products to the aerospace and energy markets. Umbra has been designing and manufacturing precision ball screws and high precision components for the aerospace industry for 50 years. This position coordinates the day-to-day Human Resources functions for UMBRA CUSCINETTI, INC in the Everett WA facility. The Human Resources Generalist will assist, and support other business units as needed. He or she will apply Human Resources principles and concepts in the areas of benefits administration, recruitment/selection, performance management, employee relations, compliance with reporting requirements of regulatory agencies and Federal and State law interpretation.
