We'll lean on you to leverage your attention to detail and multitasking skills. You will produce monthly plant communication items, manage referral programs and personnel files, support with training and onboarding efforts, manage community and volunteer opportunities and more. Job Responsibilities: Maintains and processes a variety of confidential records, including personnel files, employment data, etc. Hands-on partnership with the Production Supervisor and HR team to process production paperwork, track attendance disciplines, and research grievances and complaints Regular check-ins with employees for general engagement purposes Report on HR metrics as needed Support plant projects and events as needed with adherence to the plant's collective bargaining agreement HRIS, payroll, benefits, well-being and ethics support as needed**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
