    About The Role

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Director to lead our Human Resources department. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will oversee and enhance all HR functions to ensure our workplace is productive, compliant, and aligned with company goals. This full-time salaried position will require strong expertise in HR systems like Rippling and exceptional fluency in English to support our diverse workforce and foster a positive workplace culture.


    What You'll Do

    • Lead the Human Resources department, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
    • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining a robust and up-to-date policy framework.
    • Utilize Rippling and other HR systems to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
    • Provide guidance and training to managers and staff on HR best practices and policies.
    • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure an inclusive work environment.
    • Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
    • Act as a key advisor to executive leadership regarding workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.


    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
    • Extensive knowledge of HR management systems, with specific experience using Rippling.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with fluency in English.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
    • Experience in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within an organization.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
