Salary:$110,000$150,000 annually, depending on experience
Trinity Employment Specialists is partnering with a well-established organization to identify an experienced Director of Human Resources. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic HR leader to oversee all aspects of Human Resources while partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational growth, employee engagement, compliance, and talent strategy.
The Director of Human Resources will provide leadership across all HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources leadership or management experience.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance.
Proven experience leading employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave administration, and talent management.
Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and support organizational strategy.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience utilizing HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM5:00 PM (minimum 45 hours per week).
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
Lead all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave administration, compliance, performance management, and training.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Oversee talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
Provide guidance and leadership regarding employee performance, coaching, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Manage HRIS systems and leverage workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and manage departmental budgets.
Create and implement leadership development, employee training, and professional development programs.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, accountability, and organizational success.
Stay current on employment law, HR trends, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
