Description

We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator – Talent Operations to support day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations, HR technology systems, and recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, or HRIS, with hands-on experience administering Workday, Beamery, BrightHire, or another HR ERP. Strong Excel, customer service, troubleshooting, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills are required. This is a hybrid role based in or near Stamford, CT; Fort Myers, FL; or Irving, TX

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and continuously improve Talent Acquisition systems and HR technology platforms.
  • Manage inbound HR technology requests and provide timely support through ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide solutions, and drive cases through resolution.
  • Support recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and other end users with system transactions.
  • Triage complex issues to HRIS and appropriate subject matter experts.
  • Monitor and maintain system workflows, data quality, audits, and operational processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions on system and process changes.
  • Conduct user training, workshops, and office hours for Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Partner with HRIS, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics teams.
  • Participate in HR projects and cross-functional workstreams while maintaining timelines and documentation.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage Generative AI to streamline HR and recruiting workflows.
     
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Technology.
  • Hands-on experience as a systems administrator with Workday, Beamery, BrightHire, or another HR ERP/HR technology platform.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, audits, and reporting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, ticketing systems, or HR case management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, or Talent Acquisition teams is preferred.
  • Hybrid availability required in or near Stamford, CT; Fort Myers, FL; or Irving, TX.
