Career Development – Opportunities to grow your HR expertise and pursue professional certifications.What You'll DoHR Administrative SupportAssist with day-to-day HR operations including maintaining employee records and supporting client onboarding and offboardingServe as the HR contact for assigned clients and assist with general HR inquiriesProvide administrative support across HR functions and special projectsWorkers' Compensation & Leave AdministrationAssist with workers' compensation claim administration, including filing and tracking claimsCoordinate with insurance carriers and track workplace injury documentationManage leave of absence requests and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state leave lawsBenefits & 401(k) SupportSupport 401(k) plan administration including enrollments, updates, and distributionsAssist with benefits tracking and eligibility documentationCompliance & RecordkeepingHelp ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain accurate employee records and assist with HR compliance auditsIdentify potential compliance concerns and assist with proactive solutionsTeam CollaborationWork closely with HR Generalists and HR Managers to ensure smooth HR service deliveryCollaborate across departments to improve HR processes and client supportWhat We're Looking ForEducationAssociate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredCurrently pursuing or interested in obtaining SHRM-CP or PHR certificationExperience1–3 years of HR or administrative experienceExposure to workers' compensation, leave administration, or benefits programs preferredExperience with HRIS systems and HR data managementSkillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentialityKnowledge of federal, state, and local employment lawsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
