Description

Required:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, x lookup, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • Being able to proactively identify issues and come up with viable solutions
  • Experience with multi-state (client operates in 30 states) and high volume
  • UKG experience a plus
  • Prior administration of merit
  • Someone that wants to step up and oversee if manager is out; hungry and wants to keep growing and be proactive
  • Relationships and trust with clients focus
  • Comfortable with data reporting (huge need in their department)

  • Geographic differentials
