Join the Human Resources team as a vital member of the HR & Benefits team. This position will have high visibility with coordinating corporatewide events and serving as the face for wellness programs, while also having the strong administrative responsibilities.
Administration Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for employee benefits and HR questions
Maintain accurate data entry and records within HRIS system and spreadsheets
Process vendor billing (benefits and other services)
Support personnel document filing
Manage HR inbox and route inquiries as needed
Send company-wide HR communications
Assist with employee badges and access
Manage safety shoe reimbursements
Ensure timely follow-up on requests and documentation
Benefits & Wellness
Lead and support annual corporate wellness initiative program (communication, tracking, and administering benefit updates)
Plan and run wellness challenges throughout the year
Primary contact for onsite fitness center and trainers
Support onsite clinic
Assist with benefit election changes and follow-up on required documentation
Support approval process for employee purchase program
Corporate-wide Events & Initiatives
Plan and coordinate major company events (Family Party, Golf Outing, United Way, Holiday Ham/Turkey, Summer Cookout and Flu Shots)
Support and represent People with Passion initiatives
Help build a positive team environment and assist with other projects as needed
