We’re seeking a smart, tech-savvy HR Admin with some HR background to support a busy HR function on-site in El Segundo. Provide general HR administrative support as needed (client will train in other areas).

Location: El Segundo, CA (On-site daily)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hr (W2)

Position Summary

We’re seeking a smart, tech-savvy HR Admin with some HR background to support a busy HR function on-site in El Segundo. This person should be flexible, responsible, able to multitask, and comfortable handling many moving parts.
Training will be provided on additional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process new hires in HR systems
• Support onboarding and related documentation/workflows
• Assist with garnishments administration
• Schedule interviews and support recruiting coordination
• Provide general HR administrative support as needed (client will train in other areas)

Qualifications

• Some HR experience/background (internship or coordinator/admin experience welcome)
• Strong comfort with technology and learning new systems quickly
• Highly organized; able to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Professional communication and follow-through
