Responsibilities:
Conduct benchmarking, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to inform design decisions.
Perform qualitative and quantitative research and build personas and journey maps.
Identify challenges with root cause analysis and propose experience improvements.
Collaborate on experience blueprinting and value modeling to improve solution impact.
Synthesize insights, present findings, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Support discovery and research phases and partner report-outs to drive strategic vision.
Align application strategy with Experience Architecture and cross-functional teams.
