Description
Processes timesheets for temporary employees, updates temporary labor spreadsheet on a weekly basis and verifies invoices from temporary agencies.
Responsible for payroll functions of several projects including reviewing the completeness and accuracy of all Deltek timesheets.
Directs recruitment and hiring efforts to ensure compliance with company policies.
Ensures compliance with EEO and ADA requirements.
Revises and formats project job descriptions and interview questions.
Responsible for managing recruiting database.
Maintains Job Open Announcements as needed, internally and on-line.
Request external classified advertisements and works closely with corporate recruiting.
Screen applications for qualified candidates and maintain iCIMS database.
Schedule interviews, prepare interview folders, and assist with interviews as needed.
Serves as project liaison to all temporary agencies, requests all project temporary staff, notifies temporary agency of terminations, and obtains background checks of all temporary employees.

Administer employee referral program.

Maintains personnel data including employment records and other pertinent information.
Provides administrative support to Human Capital department as needed.
Provides information and assistance to employees, job applicants, and the general public concerning human resource policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or three-to-five years' experience in human resource management
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
