Initiates and maintains personal contacts with professors and placement officers at colleges for recruitment of qualified applicants, especially with schools in Central Ohio and minority institutions; represents the Agency at job fairs; contacts business schools, job placement offices, community organizations, colleges, universities, and career service offices; plans and attends job fairs; Collaborates with Communications Division to prepare recruitment materials and announcements as needed; Schedules, coordinates, facilitates and conducts community informational meetings that will aid in the hiring of new Agency staff. Completion of master's degree with coursework in personnel administration, organizational planning or human resource management; Several years relevant public sector work experience with knowledge and skill in interviewing; OR completion of bachelor's degree in personnel administration, organizational planning or human resource management plus considerable relevant public sector experience in areas such as interviewing, job classification, Civil Service Laws, etc.
