1st shift Monday - Friday Primary Schedule

*Evening and/or weekend presentations are requirements of position!

RATE: $18.00 PER HOUR (RATE MAY BE LOWER OR HIGHER BASED ON EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS)

Responsibilities:

Assist low- and moderate-income families with achieving and maintaining homeownership. Provide homebuyer counseling, foreclosure prevention assistance, financial education, and homeownership classes. Complete related administrative tasks and conduct occasional evening or weekend presentations.




Qualifications: HUD Certified Housing Counselor required. Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of experience in housing, real estate, or public housing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual skills are preferred.
