Qualifications & Key Requirements: Work Experience: Experience in retail store operations or in a clerical, administrative role - Required Experience in training (facilitation, delivery, group training) - Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of the business and department operations - Required Advanced verbal / written communication skills - Required Advanced training / facilitation skills; ability to adjust training style as needed - Required Time-management, planning, coordinating, and organization skills - Required Problem solving / analytical skills - Required PC skills; proficiency in MS Office and PeopleSoft - Required Ability to provide training feedback / coaching and effectively communicate to Partners - Required Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks; detail-oriented - Required Ability to work independently; self-motivated - Required Education: HS Diploma or GED or equivalent - Required Licenses/Certifications: Completion of required job skills and compliance-related training - Required Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Function in a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires detailed, precision work Work a flexible schedule; there may be late evenings and overnight training that occurs.

Responsibilities Job Summary: As a Career Coach, you'll oversee the orientation and on-boarding for all new hire Partners, deliver hourly in-Store training and reporting for all departments, facilitate and guide Partners in career planning and career growth, and perform administrative duties.
