Bailey Information Technology (BIT) is seeking HSPD-12 / PIV Card Support Specialists to manage credential issuance for a federal agency's Office of Security in Washington, DC. You'll own the full PIV/PIV-I card lifecycle — from identity proofing and enrollment through production, issuance, and eventual destruction — using the agency's identity management system. • Manage the full credential lifecycle, including reissuance, revocation, and destruction.
    • Identify and resolve incomplete or inaccurate credentialing submissions.

    What You Bring

    • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain federal national security/suitability eligibility.
    • High school diploma or GED (minimum).
    • Demonstrated experience issuing HSPD-12 compliant PIV cards, including identity proofing/enrollment and lifecycle management.
    • Ability to learn and become proficient with an agency-specific identity management system.
    • High degree of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

    Nice to Have

    • Direct experience with a federal agency identity management system.
    • FIPS 201 / PIV issuance training or certification.

    Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package (health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k)).
