TradeWorX is seeking an HSE Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of company safety policies, procedures, and processes across active jobsites. This role will support operations within natural gas completion, compressor stations, and construction environments, ensuring full compliance and a strong, proactive safety culture.

Pay & Schedule:
  • $34–$40/hour, based on experience
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week;schedule based on project needs
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity
Job Duties:
  • Interpret and enforce OSHA, EPA, DOT, MSHA, NIOSH, and ANSI regulations
  • Develop and implement Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations
  • Support jobsite safety initiatives and enforce best practices
  • Align safety programs with company objectives and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Science, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in construction, natural gas, or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements on active jobsites
