Safety Assistant
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and order supplies for HSEQ departments
Support HSEQ Procedure, Emergency Pre-Plans, and Training Development
Support FRC ordering and problem resolution
Support Site Permit Auditing Program
Support NORAM HSEQ training program and activities
Support NORAM HSEQ Management Systems activities associated with revision of procedures
Record and distribute NORAM HSEQ departmental meeting minutes
Coordinate and update NORAM HSEQ KPIs and Scorecard(s)
Provide administrative support to maintain NORAM HSEQ product safety related information
Provide administrative support to NORAM HSEQ projects and activities
Maintenance of a clean and uncluttered work area
Compliance with the company HESS rules

Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education - no minimum education requirements.
Experience - 2 years of maintenance and construction experience.
Certification/License: a Valid Driver's License
