As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Poplar Bluff plant, you will be an HSE Coordinator.
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a safe and sustainable work environment. The position requires proactive monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and partnership with stakeholders to enhance workplace safety and environmental accountability.
Key Responsibilities (to name a few)
About You
2-4 years of progressive Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) experience required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Technical Expertise:
Experience with Lean problem-solving tools (8D/A3), incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
Proven ability to develop and deliver HSE training programs.
Training in ergonomics, machine guarding, and first aid response.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of OSHA 1910, EPA, DOT, and other safety and environmental regulations.
