HS English Teacher - Maternity Leave

Position: Middle & High School Science Teacher (Maternity Leave 8/4/26 - 10/26/26)

Bloomfield School District is looking for a substitute teacher to work cooperatively with Bloomfield Middle & High School staff.

Duties will include:

Developing and maintaining a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.

Utilizing performance objectives as a guide for instruction and as assurance of equal educational opportunity for all students, establishes objectives for all lessons, units, projects, and activities as determined by the needs and abilities of each individual student.

Employing instructional methods and materials that are appropriate for meeting stated objectives.

Licensing Requirements:

Hold a valid Indiana teaching license.

Must have strong leadership and communication skills.

Such additional qualifications as the Board or the state of Indiana requires.
