Location: Rahway, NJ(Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Works closely with various stakeholders to ensure high quality of regulatory data in Veeva Registrations.
  • The individual will assess and triage global change requests as well as update or create new entities as needed. \
  • In this role, the individual will ensure timely execution of routine assignments and communicate with SMEs in various areas as necessary.

  • Support and execution of Data Quality initiatives, monitoring findings, contributions to execution resources and communication with other applicable regional areas. Additional deliverables can be found in the roles and responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the change control process for VReg data as follows:
  • Provide support to ensure the accuracy of HRM through the monitoring, triage, and execution of VReg change requests for the US/Canada
  • Execute requests to create and modify objects in Veeva Registrations (VReg)
  • Ability to identify situations when data modification requests have potential upstream impacts and to initiate appropriate actions based on the situation
  • Manage shared mailbox, respond to inquiries, and action requests
  • Provide oversight, as needed to offshore data entry personnel
  • As necessary, assist with preparation, launch and execution of HRM Data Quality initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with all required Client training by due date
  • As required, attend general HRM meetings as needed (HRM DQ, HRM Team, Regional HRM, FACT)
  • Supporting SPRI and Regional HRM colleagues with data, process and technology guidance as requested
  • Assist with Urgent requests in regard to Clinical Supply Release.
