Job Summary
This role plays a critical part in ensuring Workday effectively supports HR operations and strategic initiatives, enabling accurate data, streamlined processes, and an enhanced employee experience. The HRIS Analyst assists in the maintenance and support of Workday HCM, including configuration, data analysis, and the bi-annual releases.
This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical support tickets, generating, and analyzing HR reports to provide insights for decision-making, configuring business processes, and participating in user training sessions to support end-users. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst will maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. The Senior role also includes solution design, advanced analysis and HR data support including complex reporting.

What You'll Do:
Configure and customize Workday to align with the organization's evolving needs and business requirements.
Identify enhancement opportunities and assess impacts on downstream systems.
Evaluate, build, and maintain various Workday modules
Support ad-hoc reporting requests across the organization.
Manage a diverse and fluid workload commonly including multiple assignments and variable deadlines.

$74,551.00 - $109,543.00
The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S - Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Candidates will be considered based on their qualifications and the candidate's ability to work from an approved work location.
