The HRIS Systems Analyst reports directly to the IT Applications Manager. This entry-level position supports the day-to-day troubleshooting, administration and maintenance of the organizations HRIS platforms, including Dayforce and UKG Dimensions. The Junior Systems Analyst works closely with IT, Human Resources, and Payroll stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, resolve user issues, and support ongoing reporting needs. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a career in HRIS systems administration, with the opportunity to grow into more advanced application support responsibilities over time.
