    Description

    IDR is seeking a HRIS Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a Remote opportunity. This role involves leading a strategic HR Technology Transformation initiative within a dynamic, enterprise-level organization committed to operational excellence and innovative HR solutions. The successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications to ensure project success across HR, People Services, and Employee Experience functions.

    Position Overview for the HRIS Project Manager:

    • Lead the planning, execution, testing, and deployment of HR technology transformation projects.
    • Coordinate activities related to Workday impacts and system replacements across various HR functions.
    • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
    • Establish project structure, monitor dependencies, and drive accountability.
    • Communicate effectively with executive leadership and organizational partners.

    Requirements for the HRIS Project Manager:

    • 8+ years of Enterprise Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
    • At least 4+ years' experience delivering HR or People Technology migrations or transformation projects
    • Experience managing Core HR Transformation or migration projects. (Specifically within Workday) 
    • Strong leadership skills managing multiple workstreams, vendors, risks, dependencies, testing, and deployment.
    • PMP certification preferred.
