Description
Kforce's client is adding and HRIS Business Manager to their team in Bloomfield, NJ. This is not a Workday tech/programmer job - rather it's a real HRIS Business Partner in the HR Department with many internal clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall Workday platform
- Gather business requirements
- Present solutions to business leaders
- Help Configure and customize Workday for internal reporting customers
- Responsible for configuration, design and security of Workday's HCM system
- Set up and support testing environments - manage testing and system enhancements
- Maintain Workday security, areas, and work units

Requirements:
- Advanced degree
- 5-8+ years of Workday required
- Must have strong Workday functional experience
- Stability is a key hiring factor
- Looking for HRIS business partners, not technical Workday integration/development specialists
- Strong communication and project management requirements gathering skills are critical - people to people skills customer/business partnering skills
- Ability to work directly with Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting and other HR stakeholders
- Project management experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
